I chose Trekstock as I wanted to support a smaller, up and coming cancer charity that has helped me. Trekstock is a wonderful charity that helps young adults take their life back from cancer by supporting them mentally and physically.

They organise social events such as the style nights with Olivia Smith, fashion blogger and cancer survivor to get women feeling better about their self-image. They also do casual meet-ups so that people can talk to people who 'get it'.

They have free yoga classes and 1-2-1 personal training to get people moving after cancer.
